Thirty years after a fishing boat vanished with its crew, the Rose of Nevada mysteriously returns to a struggling Cornish village. Hoping its reappearance will revive their fortunes, locals send a new crew to sea. When they come home with a remarkable catch, the village seems familiar but something has changed. George MacKay and Callum Turner lead Mark Jenkin’s haunting, time-bending tale of work, memory and the lives people wish they could reclaim.
